The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill to amend article 18 of the Law “On State Aid to Families with Children”

The bill (reg. No. 11383) suggests through non-calculation of the amount of state social aid to disabled children from the general amount of state aid to orphaned children and children deprived of parental care that are under guardianship and custody, refine the system of state support to disabled children from among orphaned children and children deprived of parental care that are under guardianship and custody.

It was mentioned that to make such payments it is necessary to allocate from the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013 UAH 17 345,3 thousands.
